Unreleased Edits from the Dominican Republic – Featuring Bree Lind
A few years ago, I had the pleasure of working with several incredible models during a photo trip to the Dominican Republic. I shot so much content on that trip that I still have a library of amazing, unreleased images such as these ones of fitness model Bree Lind. She’s awesome by the way. So much fun to work with.
These photos were shot with the Canon EOS 5D Mark II paired with the original EF 70-200mm f2.8 L IS USM. Think about it for a second the 5D Mark II was released in 2008, that’s 17 years ago. Even by today’s standards, the image quality holds up beautifully, even after running the raw files through my current editing workflow. It’s a great reminder that older DSLR gear can still deliver stunning results.
It really makes you think, do you really need to shell out for the latest and greatest when there’s so much fantastic used gear out there?
